We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR person to work for an industry innovator!
We are looking for someone who is used to working in a fast-paced business environment who is prepared to hit the ground running!
Ideally you will be degree educated with CIPD Level 3 qualification.
The company we are representing is a hugely successful sports analytics and data modelling business recognized as a global leader in their sector.
This is a dynamic environment, so you’ll need to demonstrate:
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
· A multi-taking approach to organisation
· Professionalism, tact & diplomacy regarding confidential information
· An understanding of employment law
· Proven HR experience in a busy environment
Some of your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employees records on the database
· Managing the leaver process to ensure all relevant departments are notified
· Provide HR support as required to many departments
· Help to create and improve HR documentation
· Maintain employee files with GDPR in mind
