TALENT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Central LONDON - Hybrid working | c£55k plus outstanding benefits

We are looking to recruit a key person for a newly created opportunity as a Talent & Development Manager with responsibility of supporting the design, delivery and management of learning & development initiatives for both the business and their employees.

You will play a key role in driving talent development strategies, help to create a continuous learning culture and enhance employee engagement and performance to a business that has enjoyed huge success and rapid growth over the past few years.

It is important that you can demonstrate experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Your background – 5 key requirements

1.      Experience of learning and workforce development is essential.

2.      You will have gained knowledge of talent management, succession planning and career development.

3.      Experience of training programs – the development & implementation throughout the full learning cycle.

4.      You will be working with a lot of high-profile employees so your interpersonal skills and strong engagement with all levels are key.

5.      You should also possess strong analytical skills that can interpret data to aid talent management strategies.

Responsibilities

1.      Analysing learning and development needs that are identified through reviews and look for actionable solutions.

2.      Facilitating annual performance reviews, including personal development and goal setting.

3.      Managing employee engagement surveys, analyse the results and implement initiatives accordingly.

4.      Support senior leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees, aid their development and help to maintain an outstanding talent pipeline.

5.      Work with senior leaders to identify current and future skills requirements.

6.      Design and deliver training and development initiatives across all levels and evaluate their effectiveness.
